After joining PD&P in 1991 as a mechanical engineer, Antoine Dammous continued his education, earning a Master’s in Engineering Management. He first led PD&P's mechanical engineering team in many major projects, in Lebanon and beyond, establishing procedures and developing tools for effective service. These efforts culminated in PD&P receiving ISO 9001:2008 Quality System certification in 1999. Antoine has managed the electrical and mechanical design team for major projects, and has remained academically active through the University of Reading in the UK. He established PD&P's Dubai branch in 2005 and later expanded the firm into Nigeria and Africa. Antoine Dammous is LEED GA accredited.
