PDP Scope: EDL built two greenfield HFO power plants in Zouk and Jiyeh areas. The plants are based on MAN reciprocating engines and equipped with HRSG delivering steam to a turbine. PDP Energy assisted client in supervising the main contractor during commissioning phase
