We’re honored to be part of the landmark Général Mathieu Kérékou (GMK) Project in Cotonou, a visionary development set to transform the heart of Cotonou into a dynamic commercial and social hub.

Spanning 45,000 sqm, the GMK project features four grand halls designed to foster community and culture. The space will host diverse restaurants, creating a rich culinary destination, alongside rentable kiosks to empower local entrepreneurs and small businesses to thrive.

Designed by the well-known Arte Charpentier Architects France and led by Hitech-ITB Benin as the main contractor, this architectural masterpiece reflects our unwavering commitment to engineering excellence and innovation.

PD&P challenge was to implement very simple yet sustainable and efficient MEP systems designed to minimize energy consumption while maintaining optimal performance. Stay tuned for more milestones from this inspiring journey!
